7-Day Return & Exchange Policy At Korik, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions. Return Period You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted. Return Eligibility To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must: • Be unworn, unwashed and unused. • Have all original tags attached. • Be returned in its original packaging. • Be free from stains, perfume, body odour, damage or alteration. • Include the order number or proof of purchase. Products that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer without a refund or exchange. Size Exchanges Ordered the wrong size? You may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for return-delivery charges when exchanging an item due to size selection or a change of mind. Korik will cover the delivery charges when the wrong size or product was sent by us. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order after receiving it.
